Plan your retreat with our facility Guest Lists. If you are planning to bring a group and are wanting to assign people to rooms and even to individual beds, use these Guest Lists to plan your stay. Great for Youth Groups and Men’s or Women’s events.
The Main Lodge
Six motel style bedrooms each with its own bathroom and shower. These rooms open directly to the outdoors via a covered breezeway. They are named after the fruits of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness and Goodness. The four middle rooms are identical in layout, each having two single bunk beds and two regular single beds. Love is fully handicapped accessible and is equipped with a bunk bed that has a double on the bottom and a single on top. Goodness has two single beds. The minimum is 24 people for the Main Lodge.
The Good Shepherd Lodge
The upstairs of Good Shepherd has a large living and meeting room, a large kitchen, dining area, two full baths, and four bed rooms with a sink in each room. The lower level has a recreation room with Ping-Pong and Foos Ball games, four bedrooms, and two more full bathrooms. The living and meeting room seats 30-40. Eight bedrooms total: 4 upstairs, 4 downstairs. There are 23 beds total: 17 single beds and 6 double beds. The minimum is 23 people for Good Shepherd.
The Heritage House
Six Bedrooms total: 2 upstairs, 4 downstairs. One double and one single bed in each room. The downstairs single beds fold down from the wall and overhang the foot of the double bed. The downstairs room 'Friendship' has an additional single trundle bed under the fold down single bed.
There are 13 beds total: 6 Double beds, 7 Single beds. The minimum is 13 people for Heritage House.
The Hilltop Lodge
Hilltop Lodge has a cozy living room with a river rock fireplace and soft carpeted benches all around, perfect for informal gatherings. Hilltop's three wings have two bedrooms each which are separated by a half bath. The six bedrooms each have a double bed and a single bed. Showers are located at the nearby bath house. There are 6 single beds and 6 double beds. The minimum is 12 people for Hilltop.
The Trinity House
Trinity Upstairs is a large single room with vaulted ceiling and a loft and a bathroom with a tub/shower that is situated above the Lamppost coffee shop. It also has a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The large dormitory style room has 4 single beds and one queen bed. A loft accessed by a ladder holds two additional single mattresses. The minimum for Trinity is 5 people.
The Cabins
The Cabins offer an economical choice for personal retreats, small groups of 2-9 people and additional housing for groups using other buildings. The 3 cabin rooms can be reserved individually or together. All of the cabins use the nearby bathhouse for restrooms and showers.
