Memorial Day Weekend

We are pleased to announce that we will have a variety of speakers for Memorial Day Weekend! Our speakers include David Gauthier, Jon Dunagan and Peter Hansen.

Dave Gauthier is an original staff member of Renewal House in Los Angeles, Dave met Diane while a member of Lutheran Youth Alive ministering to the youth in Lutheran churches throughout the southwest. Dave traveled throughout the US and Canada playing drums for RCA recording and Grammy nominated artist Danny Lee &the Children of Truth. After marrying Diane, and living in Bakersfield for a while, they moved to Nashville where Dave pursued music and worked for Gibson guitars while Diane worked for Wendy’s Hamburgers. Returning to the Northwest, Dave worked for Biamp Systems for three years and then attended Portland Bible College while being on staff at Aloha Community Church. After graduating from PBC, Dave was either associate pastor and/or music director at six churches; Aloha Community Church, Bakersfield Christian Community, Bethlehem Church, Lake Oswego; Shinewater Christian Fellowship, Eastbourne, England; Valley Christian, Wilsonville; Mountain Park, Lake Oswego and Valley View in Happy Valley. In addition, he was worship leader at West Linn Christian Fellowship and Rolling Hills Church in Tualatin where he has also led the music for Celebrate Recovery for nearly 25 years. Dave has led worship at numerous camps, conferences, retreats, prisons and even led worship over Zoom during the two years of covid. He continues to serve as fill-in and interim worship leader throughout the Portland/Vancouver metro. 

 Alongside Dave this whole time, Diane leads with Dave. Eugene is her hometown. She attended the UofO for two years before earning a BA in Applied Design from Portland State University and an MAT from George Fox University, and is currently teaching art for the last 19 years at West Linn High School. She enjoys gardening, knitting, weaving, sewing, painting, ceramics, and singing! Dave and Diane are thrilled to be sharing this year at CRC.

Jon and Ann Dunagan are longtime friends of CRC, they launched Harvest Ministry in 1987. Focused on remote frontier mission evangelism, orphan ministry, equipping national leaders, and mobilizing mission-minded families (all while raising 7 kids and now enjoying their many grandkids). “Come join us and be encouraged to live “ALL-IN” for Jesus, with a passion for the Gospel and God’s Great Commission”.
