Group Use and Rates

CRC is available for use by your church or Christian organization all year long! We offer a variety of comfortable accommodation choices to suit your needs and tastes. Bring your own bedding and towels. Costs are based on which buildings you reserve and the number of meals and nights you stay. Groups are welcome to stay just for the weekend, or also through out the week. If you would like to stay longer then two nights, just add $20 per person to the cost below for each additional night and $5 per person for each additional meal. Feel free to call our Registrar for a detailed custom quote as well.

The minimum weekend reservation is 1 night and 3 meals.

Meal times: Breakfast 8:00 am, Lunch 12:30 pm, Dinner 5:30 pm

We do not offer Sunday dinner or any meals on Monday. (This is in place so that the staff may have a day off).

Building Deposits:

To reserve a building for your group, please place the following deposit.

Main Lodge and Rotunda - $300 deposit, 24-29 People

Good Shepherd Lodge - $300, 23-29 People

Heritage House - $300, 13-19 People

Hilltop Lodge and the Prayer Chapel - $200, 12-18 People

Trinity House - $50, 5-6 People

All Three Cabins - $75, 9-13 People

Cabin Matthew - $25, 3-4 People

Cabin Mark - $25, 3-4 People

Cabin Luke - $25, 3-5 People

Deposits are non-refundable and must be placed at the time of reservation. They apply to the total amount due for your group.
*Minimum capacities are equal to the total number of beds in that building.
Maximum capacities are based on double occupancy of the double beds in that building.
(Two people in each double bed)

Looking for a place to hold your retreat at the last minute? Want to bring your group to CRC and cook your own meals? The option to cook your own meals has always been available mid-week. Now it is available for short-notice weekend reservations as well. Just ask about short-notice rates when you call or email.

The option of doing your own cooking on weekends only applies to retreats booked less than one month prior to the event. Any open building or cabin may be reserved. Buildings with full kitchens include the Good Shepherd and Heritage House. Hilltop Lodge and the Cabins have microwaves and mini-fridges. Trinity House has a kitchenette.
